Frequently Asked

How does the process typically begin?
We usually start with a brief call or email exchange to understand the scope of your project. From there, we arrange a visit to your space — for residential projects in the Klang Valley, this is typically within the first week. We take measurements, discuss how the space is used, and identify what needs attention.
Do I need all three services, or can I choose just one?
Each service stands on its own. Many clients begin with a Space Analysis to gain clarity before deciding how to proceed. Others come with a completed design they want executed and move straight to Renovation Oversight. You choose the level of involvement that feels right for your project.
How long does a full interior design project take?
A Space Analysis brief is delivered within 10 working days. Detailed Design projects typically take 6–9 weeks depending on scope and revision rounds. Renovation Oversight aligns with your contractor's timeline, generally 8–16 weeks. We're clear about timelines from the start and keep you updated throughout.
Are the prices inclusive of furniture and materials?
The listed prices cover design fees and our professional time. Furniture, materials, and contractor costs are separate and will be detailed in your project proposal. We provide sourcing recommendations at various price points and can assist with procurement during renovation oversight projects.
Do you work with clients outside of Kuala Lumpur?
Our primary focus is the Klang Valley and greater KL area. For projects further afield within Selangor, we consider these on a case-by-case basis. Remote consultations for the concept and design phase can be arranged for clients elsewhere in Malaysia.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
We treat every client's home and project details with discretion. We do not share photos or specific details of your space without written permission. Portfolio use of completed projects is discussed with clients before any publication. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
